Tech-Wise Practice #10: Turn off all notifications, alerts and sounds.
Tech-Wise Practice #11: Set a time and a time limit for social media (or just get off it).
Tech-Wise Practice #12: Remove all social media apps from your phone and eliminate any app that doesn’t save you time.
Tech-Wise Practice #13: Take a regular day alone for silence and solitude.
Tech-Wise Practice #14: Increase your DTWG by spending time in God’s word and prayer.
